Q: How much do your services cost?
A: The cost for our services varies greatly depending on a variety of factors; the primary ones being the operating system of the affected device(s) (Windows vs MacOS), home/personal use use vs business use, the type of service requested, and whether the work performed is done onsite vs remotely.
Prices can range from a flat charge of $50.00 to $150/hour (1 hour minimum, then billed in 15 minute increments.) We strongly encourage you to contact us for an estimate as there are many specials and discounts that may be available to lower the final total.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, check, credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal.
Q: What sort of remote support services do you offer?
A: If your computer has a functional internet connection and the operating system can properly load, remote support can be used to solve a variety of issues.
Be aware that some problems can only be resolved by direct "hands on" work; please contact us to see if we can assist you remotely.
Q: How do you connect to my computer remotely?
A: There are a number of methods by which we can connect to your computer, but for security reasons we will not list them here. However, we have options that do not require installation and are fully controlled by you so there is no lingering open connection for other malicious parties to try and exploit.
